^ They will do that, those bastards. I'm just hoping some of the cheap pedals I bought in the 90s will suddenly become the rage and I can unload them on ebay....wait, then I'll be one of those bastards.

I've been bidding on the verbzilla and the POG lately. I'm hoping to get both for around $275 (total) used. But stupid last second bidders....

Both would be great additions. The Verbzilla is pretty great for shimmer in a pedal. And the POG is fantastic.

There there is the new POG 2.

More on the POG 2

POG2

Polyphonic Octave Generator

Back in 2005, Electro-Harmonix unveiled the original POG, a polyphonic octave generator that enabled guitarists to conjure everything from the surreal jangle of an 18-string guitar, to rich, thick walls of symphonic sound.
The POG2 will take you even higher. Use the new attack control to fade in lush, smooth swells. Tune in the new second sub-octave to reach deeper than ever before. The 2-pole resonant low-pass filter now includes two additional Q modes. Slide in the newly enhanced detune to further refine your sound.

The POG2 delivers unrivaled tonal variations -- and now you can save your favorite settings, and recall them with a click. The POG2 just plain sounds better, thanks to an enhanced algorithm that delivers a more focused and in-the-pocket harmonic performance. And all this is now packed into our rugged and pedalboard-friendly diecast chassis.

Hang in there. Same thing kept happening to me. It took me four tries to finally get a Blues Jr, but it was worth it.

I will be using my Pathfinder for shimmer and stereo effects. I have a Vox AC15CC (with Celestion Blue speaker) on the way. So Ampwise, I think I will have a good concise setup.

Is the AC15CC your shimmer/effects amp? That's awesome if that's the case. A friend of mine has an AC30TB for his main amp (which I have, too) and an AC30CC2X for his effects. Lucky guy.

Nope. The pathfinder is the shimmer/effects amp. The AC15CC will be the main.

Just got my Verbzilla and POG. I've got a volume pedal on the way and then I'm gonna rebuild my pedal board(s). Pics soon.... (hopefully!)

Cool. The Verbzilla is a great reverb pedal in general, in addition to the Octo setting.
