That's the best cover I've heard of COBL. You've got that song completely figured out, something that I'm still working on.

Not quite as impressed with UTEOTW, but it's still damn good.

I assume you're in some sort of U2 cover band, yes?

I don't use tabs anymore, mainly because I've found most of them unhelpful. I use my ears and my eyes (where Edge is placing his hands on the fretboard) to figure out what is played.

I think the key elements of the Edge sound is a Vox AC-30 w/ Blue or Silver alnico speakers and a good delay like a Korg SDD-3000 or TC 2290.

If budget is your thing, then there are good modelers out there like the Line 6 POD PRO XT or Vox Valvetronix amps that give you a good AC-30 sound.
