same here.....ive gotten the chorus down to E, G, E, A then back again... also is edge playing this with an acoustic live? i saw he was in the rehearsals on vh1, he must be using distortion pedal or something.

That's right, except it's in D. So it's:

D | F | D | G

Also, Edge is playing the Line 6 Variax Acoustic in drop D tuning. This is the first time he's used an alternate tuning.
