I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For

My band is going to do ISHFWILF. I know on the studio version, there are guitar over dubs, so my concern is that it's going to sound empty when we play it live with only one guitar. Have any of you played it live? How did you do it? Did you use back tracks? Do you know of a live version of U2 playing it? Thanks for your help.

Nah, U2 plays it without any backing guitar. It won't sound empty. It's of course always an idea to get someone to do backing guitar, but it's certainly not essential. It's only F and C so even the singer could do it.

Hi set your delay to 454ms and if you have shimmer or crystal echoes 2 from the h3000 even better although you must send this to a seperate amp for the best results!!!!

Try mixing two delays together set at 135 and 454 to get i ping pong type delay this will make it more rythymic and fatter sounding!!!!
