Holy Grail "flerb" for Mysterious Ways?

Holy Grail "flerb" + OD or DS of some sort + DiscumBOBulator + tc nova delay = Mysterious Ways?!?

If any one here has at least the ehx and EMMA, could you confirm for me whether I'll be able to get close? Thnx! I'm playing a Telecaster through a Marshall combo.

Or am I better off getting a used BOSS BF-2 instead? I'm thinking the Holy Grail "flerb" setting might be a bit too dark for coaxing the MW sound. The fact that I'm playing through a Marshall just makes it even more so. I also have an ehx micro Q which I plan to replace with the EMMA because the former just sucks balls (another reason being that I've seen people cop the MW sound with the latter, but never with the former).

I'm not helping with your question, but do yourself a favor and just get a Korg A2 or A3. It can do a whole lot more than the Mysterious Ways funkwah. They're very useful effects processors.

I've heard a few clips with the EMMA that is okay - but just okay.

Thus far, I've not heard anything but a Korg A3 be able to make that sound - with the depth and 'growl' that Edge gets with the A3.
