Help! Calling all Edge pedal/ rig nuts

I was watching a video where Dallas is giving a tour of Edges PopMart rig, and I noticed a rather strange looking pedal, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it was.

It is at 4:20 of the video

Thanks for replying! What purpose does an A/B bypass serve? I presume it's something to do with the amplifiers, since Dallas mentioned they have 7 amps on the road, and the highest number on the song list is 7.
