OK, our website is not happening anytime soon and I figured that the couple of tracks I've put up here got a nice response. If you liked the music enough, hopefully when the time rolls around, you’ll support the band and purchase a CD.
So I’m leaking the album on to the Internet!
Some of you already have a couple of these songs; others don’t. If you like it, spread the word about us and we'll buy you a cookie!
Here it is:
ECHO – THE NINO SESSIONS
On this CD, ECHO are:
Erin Gould - vocals / guitars
Adam Bradford - guitars
Yanko Valdes - bass
Brian Scott - Drums / Percussion
(you know the drill - cut and paste URL, close up the spaces)
Track 1 – Come Fighting (If/when we get the record deal, this would be the first single)
http://s38.you send it.com/d.aspx?id=2QQXX1VJUES3O1T7HXADRJZOL6
Track 2 – Better Be Quick (more of a vibe song, kind of like overhearing a conversation in a club)
http://s38.you send it.com/d.aspx?id=0Q942FHFUM2TG1SJKN33BG8IP4
Track 3 – Blue (throwaway tune, would make a great b-side, has my favorite guitar solo)

Track 4 – Stay Above The Water (The Coldplay song AND another single)

Track 5 – There For Everyone To See (The Anthem song AND another single)

Track 6 – Tuesday (The New York song AND another single)

Track 7 – Going To The Top (The song to play at the Glastonbury Festival to 10,000 people, fists in the air, lighters ablaze!)

We recorded this in about 4 days so there are a lot of rough spots, some mixing and mastering that needs to be redone, but all in all, I think it gets the picture of what we’re capable of doing across. Please feel free to post all comments, good or bad.
Enjoy!
