I was only in one setlist party, ever. One of the Pacific shows at the end of 2006 was at 6 AM our time, and I woke up for it. That's been my only experience.

Wow, you've so missed out. It feels like you've been here forever too. Ah well, we'll introduce you to the wonders of having your life sucked away by setlist parties next year.

I'm leaving for a job in five minutes.

Goddamnit, what's with you people and having lives all of a sudden.

At least I'm only going to sleep, which despite being for the weak is alas a human necessity.

Where is that, somewhere between here and Sydney?

I think south of us actually. I think Wellington's only about 42 or somewhere.

So probably just off Tasmania in the middle of some godforsaken patch of water ... with whales, mind you ...

I'm going to eat and then allegedly to work but quite possibly to nap.

and to listen to EITS more cause I'm gonna see them live

thanks for bringing them up Axver or I wouldn't have looked that up!

Exunctly.

Although people are working on fixing that... :shifty:

Bye pfan and NSW and other capitalised people who may or may not be leaving....

my vision is definitely failing me. too much blue computer screen.

Now you're making me worried that he sounds like the guy (?) from Mercury Rev....

HA. No, total opposite.

I'm taking it you have never encountered death/black metal vocals?

Then I'm totally going to need to be in your presence when you hear this. n00b reactions are priceless. Mine was, back in the day.

Not for much longer, if this benefit gig has any say in it.

Did you get that second link, Varitek?

I suspect you need to work so badly.

But you need to see EITS even more badly. So I'm glad my over-enthusing was actually of use! :)

Proof of my tiredness: this quoted post is cracking me up on many levels, none of which actually exist.

Damnit 45ed like the whales.

I did kinda think you meant the opposite, but I didn't have a ready example.

I have heard bits of the stuff I suspect you mean on Full Metal Racket occasionally...

By all means, be present for my reaction... you'll be just like my friends who keep telling me to try wine and olives to see me make the :yuck: face.

Are those like hidden levels on computer games?

Oh yeah, rockin' the random associations.

 My first encounter was a true classic. Because I had the worst encounter possible. Some purists will kill me for that, but fuck Demilich. At least I'll introduce you to quality.

And wine and olives both rule. :tsk:

Well, I might not make 7,500 tonight, but 7,300 seems do-able.

Gawd, I've finally caught up. :crack:

I'm going to be seeing orange for a week at this rate.

Varitek said:
i should go shower, eat, and do some actual work far far away from interference.

god what an aptly named message board.

I'm going to eat your Internet connection if you don't go.

Interference al-fucking-right, too true.

45ed again FFS.

They're like the hidden levels YOU WISH EXISTED.

I am making NO SENSE.

Somebody make me leave.

Woo, go you.

Orange, though? What orange?

Yes, they rule the Kindom of :yuck:

:D

No, they rule the Kingdom of :drool::drool:

Get it right, geez. Not hard.

45ed like an olive on Ali's plate.

Orange, being the opposite of blue. Look at too much blue, your retinas stop being sensitive to it... look away at a white wall and you see orange until your eyes figure out they're not being bombarded with blue crack any more.

And since you asked.... Get out of here you setlistnazi Kiwi, you... or I'll learn how to hack into things and hack into VT.com and make every setlist into 23 x ONE.

HAHAHAHAHA.

I am going as soon as I dl this, stick it in itunes, and update my ipod

i swear.

YOU'RE STILL AROUND.

Holy shit.

You're more nuts than me. If I had a hat on, I'd take it off to you. If we're ever in the same part of the world, I'm buying you a beverage of your choice.

I so don't get this.

45'd like the minutes I've wasted since the dining hall opened for lunch.

I think I've just stopped making sense.

I was using 45 as a reference to an obstruction. Ali would obstruct the olive from getting near her. Or something.
