Is a Ping-Pong delay the same thing as a Stereo Delay?

I think ping-pong is a type of stereo delay, yes. I don't think it's the sole stereo delay though. I think there are more types of stereo delay than simply ping-pong.

ping pong and stereo

ping pong delay is one which feedback repeats from left to right and viceversa. stereo delay is a delay with left and right and it is very useful with dual delay where you can have 2 different delays one in L and the other R.
