Bad, vocal & acoustic guitar cover - any suggestions?

Be interested to hear if people think it's ok, God awful, or whatever
Any suggestions for improving it? I'm aware that I left out a few lines at the end, I didn't actually leave them out but my laptop shafted me by losing battery just before I could sing the Lou Reed snipet!
