Acrobat - What Effects??

Hi, have been using my ME-50 to play all sorts, but I'm a bit stumped when it comes to playing 'Acrobat'...!!

I am not asking ME-50 users specifically...just asking anyone, what effects would you reccomend using to play 'Acrobat'?? Sounds a bit iffy with me...!

Any help greatly appreciated.

god, i remember when i nailed this song effect-wise you're gonna need some gain and feedback for this one. lots of reverb and delay, especially during the intro, the solo and the first part of the verse where he slides. then tone it off a bit when bono sings "when i first met you girl..." and into the chorus. the delay and the reverb are the two essential parts. mess around with those and the distortion and you'll be flyin. crank everything for the solo, you owe it to this song
