Anyone knows what effects Edge uses throughout the whole song? The studio version that is, not the live one.

well the studio version has ALOT of tracks/overdubbing. Lot of etheral type harmonic shimmery stuff..Its a massive sound. Live he used some sort of pitch shift for a time for the intro maybe a MXR transposer or somthing...We play it live but I dont really try for studio as theres too much going on. Heres our version. I use some shimmer and thats about it

I've tried and well, I suck. I haven't even figured it out! But definitely would love to learn it. Oh and btw do any of you know what the version of ASOHC from It Might Get Loud is?

theedgeu2: I didn't take a good look at that verson, but from what I heard, it's the same version than the unforgettable fire album one, but that one's missing the drums intro.
