Window In the Sky sounds great! It's the continuation of clever title's U2 has started with R2SS and COBL.... opens the mind... I love it! Sounds like the title I would choose for one of my poems

This is what I hear:

[someone]: How about the chorus?
[Bono]: Yeah

I cry Oh, oh, oh...
child!

I can't hear no "win" just the "oh's" and then possibly "sky" but I wrote "child" before I heard the Window in the sky-title so I'll stick to that.

Besides, 402 doesn't sound like the description that Caroline wrote about on u2log.com.

But on the other hand she may have heard one of the other new Rubin songs, there were three recorded excluding "Saints" I think.

haha....I don't hear anything like "window" either. I'm pretty sure I hear "sky," though.

I think the clearest part is at 3:07, at which I actually hear:

"And a/the boy falls from the sky"

^ No worries. No one's commented on the version I hear since I first posted it a few pages back...so maybe I'm the only one who hears that at 3:07.

that decision is not solely a band decision...and whether they release it in March, June or November sales will be driven by the material and the fanbase, not necessarily the season.

He's right. We know HTDAAB was finished being recorded in spring/summer of 2004. U2 was out of the studio completely by late summer, and the album wasn't released 'til November.

Guys, don't even try to get these lyrics right. I remember when the Miracle Drug beach clip leaked and no one got even one line right. It was hilarious looking back on those lyrics later.

after the tour i was impressed with the energy and speed they were showing on the old tracks, especially electric co. i hoped they would bring a bit of that punk speed and beat to the new stuff. it comes out in saints, but seems absent on 402.
i mentioned this about a page before you did, but for some reason nobody bothered to reply to me

Even Bono has said that they try and release and album before Christmas, and that it's a good one if the singles stretch out till the following Christmas.
