i agree completely, which is saying alot because Electrical Storm is possibly my favorite song of theirs from the 2000s (with the possible exception of COBL)...

but Window In The Skies is better. I can't believe that, but it is true. if i had heard someone say that a week ago, i would have laughed in their face, but damn...
