As for the breathe, I think Three has to do with a door to door evangelical wanting to "sell"/convert him on the Holy Trinity.... 9:09, I just figured it was just because it was after 9:05 in the first verse.

funny though i was born at 3:33 am, though my twin didnt make it out till 9:09. Well he didn't make it peroid.
