The main reason I'm happy with a new U2 album is that I know I'll be getting many hours of pleasure from them in the future. Good music doesn't bore you so easily.

How many good U2 songs are there now with this new album? 120?

I'm very happy that new U2 music is on the horizon (pun intended). There have been plenty of other bands that have made their fans "wait" 4.5 years or more for a new album. I think a lot of people have a tough time with the members of U2 having lives.
I've never even bothered once to look at any of those leak threads. I'm kicking it old school and buying the cd.
