Just because he sings "in old Tripoli" doesn't mean it's Tripoli the song.

I think Being Born is Tripoli, supposedly a Zooropa-esque song about a guy who reaches the bay of Cadiz and sees the fires of Africa.

It's in the lyric, it must be the same song.
