Could be, although the band has only occasionally had a cover that plays off of the album title. Boy, War, and ATYCLB are the only ones. And HTDAAB if you think that the way to dimantle an atomic bomb is with laziness and sloth.

It is being reported that filming will be taking place next week for
the next U2 music video. Permits have been requested in Cadiz, Spain
for an 18 person film crew from 9 p.m. - 4 a.m. on July 23-24.
According to the documents, motorbike footage from Paris to Tarifa will
be shot, as well as Market Street, Cathedral Square, Candelaria Square
and other streets of downtown besides the Campo del Sur, the area
Baluarte de San Roque and Avda. Fernandez Ladreda. So far, the band is
not expected to be present for the filming.

I'm always amazed at how easily people will fall for this kind of thing, just because it's an over-used U2 cliché.

I suppose you could do it that way but the Best of's are very definitely U2 albums with new U2 tracks on them so it makes more sense to count them then to count two albums that are not U2 albums. While the arguement against Passengers can blur the line because at least all of U2 was involved for most of the songs MDH was in no way a U2 album. A couple of songs that weren't going to make ATYCLB were given over to the movie and a few other tracks had participation of U2 members but it was in no way a band effort and in fact was detracting from the recording of ATYCLB.
