Why does he have 2 TU-2s, 2 DL-4s, and 2 DM-4s?

I'd say one of the TU-2s is for use by himself and one for Dallas or possibly Danny.

The Line6's would probably be backups or maybe they have different settings or something.

That's a rather rude assumption to make about a new member, don't you think? I just did a quick search of ClaytonsKitten's fourteen posts, and nowhere did I see her claiming that she was tired of U2 repeating themselves. She was simply saying that she'd rather hear them doing something more along the lines of AB/Zooropa/Pop, rather than their recent output. Her post had nothing to do with whether or not it is okay for U2 to repeat themselves. Don't always assume that all people who like the 90s era of U2 are the same.
