Is Bono flying here?

Thanks for all the pictures and video. Such a sweet and funny interview.

Apparently, Bono performed later on that night with Coldplay and the Killers at a charity concert in London. Any pictures/news/videos of that?

Killers and Coldplay to headline London charity gig
THE KILLERS and Coldplay have been signed to headline a one-off gig for the War Child charity.

The event, at the Shepherd's Bush Empire in London on February 18, will celebrate the charity's 15th anniversary and the release of its new album Heroes.

The 2,000 tickets for the concert will cost £50 each and be offered to fans through a lottery system.

Registration for the lottery opens on Friday and all proceeds will be used to support War Child's work with children in conflict zones.

For the album, the charity invited music stars including Sir Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, David Bowie and Brian Wilson to pick one of their songs and nominate a contemporary artist to record a cover version.

Sir Paul chose Welsh singer Duffy to make a version of Live and Let Die, while Brit award nominees Elbow recorded U2's Running to Stand Still.

Sir Paul said: "I think Duffy's version of Live And Let Die is great - I was really impressed.

"The breadth of talent on this project is amazing; it's great that so many people gave their time, energy and support to this initiative. I urge everyone to support War Child."

War Child was set up in 1993 in response to the effects of conflict in the former Yugoslavia on the children who lived there.

The Killers And Coldplay For Joint Charity Gig

The Killers and Coldplay are to team up for a special charity gig in London next month, in support of War Child.

Although both acts are used to filling-out arenas and stadiums, this one-off event will be held in the much smaller O2 Shepherds Bush Empire on February 18. The venue has a capacity of 2,000.

As tickets are so limited, fans will have to register on the Warchildheroes.com site before February 3, to be entered into a lottery system.

Coldplay say via a statement on their official site: "The event will follow that evening's Brit Awards. Each band will be bringing the highlights of their full set to the smaller stage in special 45 minute performances."

"The night celebrates War Child's 15th Anniversary and the release of their new album 'Heroes' (out on February 16th)."

"All profits from the show will go to aid War Child's work to protect the most marginalised children in war zones, who would otherwise be overlooked: street children, child soldiers and children in prison."
