Are you all forgetting where the name "PLEBA" came from? If I am not mistaken, there's a legend about the old online group called Wire from the 90s in which a mysterious visitor named PLEBA came on and said some cryptic things and then left as mysteriously as they came. The things they said led the Wire people to think that PLEBA may have been the band and Paul visiting the somewhat new world of cyberspace and their online fan community.

So, it wasn't the fans who came up with the name and the decision to include Paul; it was (maybe) the band.

This is a tough choice, I've always found the inclusion of Paul silly, but I'm so used to the name at this point .
