Oh ok i could have sworn when I hit reply here you asked where this pic was from right? Anyways I was about to answer I'm pretty sure it's from 1987's A Very Special Christmas Album, since all the artists shown here are on the record (the idea of Jimmy Iovine).

I that record and have played it every Christmas since 1987.
