I don't have that exact photo in HD (or any of them in HD), but I have some similar pics from same photoshoot.
Sorry it looks like I can only find Bono and Edge right now on the close ups. Although I know I have Larry and Adam, I just can't find them.

The bottom two photos were from the 1987 Rolling Stone magazine shoot. The others appear to be from the same session.
I think Anton Corbijn took those. I don't remember the location of the photos (of the top of my head). It might say in Anton's "U2&i" book.
