Photo Request - Rattle and Hum Bono

I was just looking through my copy of the Rattle and Hum movie book, and I saw a picture of Bono on page 35 that I've...NEVER seen before. Are there any more pictures of him in this little get up, or does anyone have the original pic scanned at least? I took a picture of me holding the picture, I don't have a scanner lol.
