Amazon, or you can check local major bookstores. I found one in the Dymock's here, which was a complete surprise. Too pricey for me at the moment, but I've flipped through it - it's rather in-depth, looks like a good purchase.

comet, I got mine off of eBay. It's going up on the wall in my office when I go back to work tomorrow. You might still be able to find one there.

maybe something's wrong, which is why edge is making such a face haha. we'd need edge_orchestra now, he'd know those things.
