Just for any LOTR fangirls -
Craig Parker, who played Haldir in the LOTR movies, listed Bono as one of the people he was most excited about meeting. Apparently, he met him after one of the ZOO TV shows in NZ. He described him as "tiny and resplendent in green Armani, talking about Frank Sinatra and his white couches."
I tried to find the link to the Craig Parker website where I originally found it, www.craigparker.net , but apparently it's not up anymore.
