Which album has your favorite lyrics?

It was hard for me to choose between UF and AB, but I finally decided on AB.

The lyrics on AB are great but I love JTree ones best,especially Running To Stand Still,loads gorgeous stuff in there

I had a 3-way tie between ATYCLB, Achtung Baby, and The Joshua Tree. Bono is a wonderful lyricist. I ended up voting for AB though.

I was surprised to see how many votes AB has. That was my pick, too.

I enver usually think of Achtung Baby as having standout excellent lyrics, but it really really does. I voted for Joshua Tree, the poetry in those songs is inspiring (notably Exit, Mothers, RTSS, OTH, Bullet). UF and Pop are also strong contenders.

for me it was a tricky decision between zooropa and achtung baby. the lyrics on both are um...cynical yet believing and helpless yet hopefull (in a sick, sick way). it just hits home in my conflicting nature....of course...POP could be in there too...*head begins to hurt from decisions*
