I know a few have said that MOS is about Heroin addiction and it does fit.

Another slant tho, I was wondering if it could be about the July 7th Underground/Subway Bombers in London a few years ago

Tied myself with wire - Rucksacks containing bombs

Didnt notice the passers by & they didn't notice me - other underground passengers

MOS also mentions Subway & Stations of the cross - The four tube stations, (if you look on a tube/underground map) is in the shape of a cross,

Moment of Surrender - Moment that bomber detonates the bomb


Have a listen, I think it fits in either drug/bomb scenario
