i've seen it posted both ways, but does anyone know what is actually posted on U2.com (lyrics section is down for now)

is it..."heavy like a truck" OR "heavy like a drug"

Truck, as far as I know. I never thought of it as being anything other than "truck", but you raise a good possibility. It could be "drug", it fits the context of the lyric and tone of the song perfectly. Also, it's a much better analogy that "truck"!

I've aways heard "drug".

Also during All Because of You I always hear "intellectual tortoise" (which makes sense to me in an abstract, metarphorical sort of way) as apposed to the "intellectual torture" i think people are quoting (i'm going off memory they may not be quoting that but no-ones quoted tortoise yet!)
