I'm trying to translate them in Italian but I can't exactly understand a line from Crazy Tonight.
It's:

Every sweet-tooth needs just a little hit

Yeah, it's someone who just can't get enough of snacks, so, it's saying that it's giving into the wanting a sweet snack pretty much.

"a little hit" can be interpreted as a "hit" (like a drug for example), a little dose of sugar, a sugar hit, to satisfy a craving for something sweet
