vertigo buttons

i wanted to get all the buttons from this tour, however, when i went to purchase them they had sold out of a few of them. does anyone know where i can pick up any of the remaining buttons?

I couldn't even get near the table to see them at MSG. Haven't a clue as to what they look like. Anyone have a pic?
