It's 44 pages long cover included. The map on the front inside fold-out cover is the European map, and a North American map on the back inside fold-out cover. Inside you find pictures of USA, titled New Orleans and Houston, Sweden, Ireland, Paris, Torhout The discography ends with December 1984. The Personnel page mentions the European and United States promoters.
