Joshua Tree Columbia LP

Hi,
I have a question regarding my Joshua Tree LP, it is still sealed. I think it is a columbia house press as it has 'Manufactured by Columbia House Under License' in gold print on the back bottom right hand corner and the number on the spine reads 'A-90581' also on the shrink on the front when held up to light is has 'CBS 00787' repeated in a line in black print. Also it still has a 'U2' sticker on the front shrink.... So basically what does this mean? I love this LP, and I brought this still in shrink as a keepsake, I also just brought another off ebay (1987) that is also in shrink although the seller claims that it is a 'regual' USA press ( I am yet to recieve it) I got this one so I have one to keep sealed and one to listen to, my question now is from a collectors point of view what one do I keep sealed and what one do I open?

i'd imagine the regular one would be worth more sealed than the columbia house one, but that's just me guessing.
