Hi folks,

I used to have a cassette tape w/the B sides from the 80s. Walk to the Water, Spanish Eyes, New Year's Day remix, etc. On this tape there was an instrumental that kicked ass. It wasn't the music for a released song (I don't think). I don't remember any vocals. It was just the Edge ripping it up. Sounded like U2 was in a club or something.

This tape found its way into my hands from a friend, who got it from a friend, who got it from a friend, etc. That's why I'm thinking somebody knows what this tune was.

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

It might have been a soundcheck, but my hazy memory of it thought it was done live in front of a crowd. I remember people clapping and stuff. (Maybe they do that at soundchecks?)

It sure was the Edge ripping it up. I've never forgotten it. I'm pretty sure it wasn't Out of Control w/o a vocal or 11:00 Tick Tock w/o a vocal or something like that.

Hmmmm

Maybe. I don't know if I've ever heard that one. I thought I'd heard all of the B sides? Any easy way I can check that one out?
