How to work U2 torrents

Can someone please explain to me how to work u2 torrents...

I signed up, then clicked on a video and when it downloaded it came up blank...

btw, i own a mac

as mentioned in the other threads of the exact same subject.. You are not supposed to post the same thread in several different forums..
