Sorry if this is in the wrong area of the forum, but it's been a while since I was here. I just know that there are a lot of people who can help me within this site, so here it goes. Has anybody come across this before?

Nope, I haven't heard of it before. For I moment I was hoping it was the single promo for Zooropa (featuring an edit of the song), but it's apparently a different version of the album (in different I mean with a different disc artwork, not different songs).
As I didn't see anything about it on http://www.u2wanderer.org I doubt if it's a legal version. You might also check http://www.u2-discography.com, but the site didn't work for me at the moment (with Mozilla).
