English TV Features Vol 4. NTSC??

Okay, so I'm looking for the Zoo TV Outside Broadcast simulcast television special that aired in the 90's. Apparently, it's on a DVD called English TV Features Vol. 4, But every copy of this DVD I've been able to find is PAL format (which makes sense since it's from England). Does anyone have an NTSC copy of the TV special? Or does anyone have a PAL-to-NTSC converted DVD copy of the English TV Features Vol 4?

I'd love to have this TV special, and am willing to pay for it. I just don't really want to buy a whole PAL system just so I can watch this DVD

Let me know. Thanks in advance!

I would convert mine for you if I could but it's kind of rough to do and doesn't always work.

Just FYI, I bought a $30 Cyberhome brand DVD player at Best Buy awhile back on recommendation of someone in this forum. It's been worth every penny since a lot of the good boots are in PAL.
