I don't know much about it, but I think promo cards aren't generally worth all that much. Most places will give them to you for free after they're done with it.

However, I've never seen that one before, and it's like anything else, the more rare it is, the more valuable it becomes.

What you paid seems alright to me.

I'm not sure how you can hate W when you don't live in America or The Middle East. I do think the election will be close though.
