Can anyone help me transfer a U2 VHS to DVD ? Details Inside

I came across something sitting on my shelf that I forgot I taped.

its 1 tape and consists of
Full Direct TV broadcast from 2001 *specials documentaries etc*
The Complete U2 video timeline *A special MTV 2 did that is nearly 3 hours long*

Its pretty good quality and I was wondering if anyone could help me transfer this to dvd ?
