The rumor was that Dutch radio 3FM would broadcast the London Astoria show, but unfortunately it turned out to be NY Irving Plaza radio show instead.

Yep, there is. U2 themselves have it.
For the rest of us, there is only one audio source, taped by a very lucky person who got in! So at least there is a recording of it...

I have a remastered version. The sound is quite good. The screaming and singing people in the audience make it an ear-torture, but the recording itself is pretty good IMO.
