7" vinyl U2-3 UKTM !!!

Hi guys! I've recently bought from Ebay a 7" U2-3 UKTM vinyl. It came with a black CBS sleeve. I've checked here ---> http://www.u2wanderer.org/disco/sing001.html and here ---> http://www.u2-discography.com/ trying to find out if the original picture sleeve was the one and only sleeve that was used for U2-3 UKTM. Can anyone confirm that? I just want to know if the black CBS sleeve is from another vinyl. Thanx for your time guys!
