3 old vinyl bootlegs for collectors

I'm an old u2 fan and I've found three bootlegs among my old vinyl records.
I've done a rapid search on the net to find their value, I've posted the links.

"Love the rain" - double black vinyl U2 - Love The Rain

"Keeping the faith" - (guest star eric clapton) double coloured vinyl (yellow/red) in limited 500 promotional copies not for sale U2 * Keeping the faith LIVE*with CLAPTON LP PROMO RARE su eBay.it Rock internazionale, Dischi Vinile 33 giri - 12'', Musica, CD e Vinili

"Portfolio" - double black vinyl U2:2LPs-PORTFOLIO-LIVE IN ITALY 1987-COP.APRIBILE EX+ su eBay.it Rock internazionale, Dischi Vinile 33 giri - 12'', Musica, CD e Vinili

Do you think these valutations are reliable?
I've got even all the original vinyl records up to Rattle and Hum (boy, october, war, blood red sky, joshua tree, rattle&hum), the single 45rpm of "still haven't found" with "spanish eyes" as a bside and the single of "in a lifetime" (bono and clannad).

Probably i'm going to sell averything, but i'm not an expert in the field of vintage records so I really would appreciate some good suggestions from an expert.
