I'm sorry but I can't help to recommend 2 shows I went to. Cologne 12-07-2001 and Antwerp 05-08-2001. Both are not very special setlist wise, but they do have a few surprises. Cologne has the Hawkmoon 269 / Desire / Running To Stand Still medley (and it is a great show overall). Antwerp has Bono singing two snippets of Two Shots Of Happy, One Shot Of Sad before and after Stay and the version of Sunday Bloody Sunday is amazing.
