They also performed a combo of "Discotheque" and "Staring..." in Chicago on the Elevation tour (I was there that night). The fun rocking part of "Discotheque" indeed rocks, and people did recognize "Staring..." - trouble is, many forgot the lyrics (including me ). So Bono would hold out the microphone and we'd all be mumbling along. LOL! But hey, given how he forgets the lyrics too, we can be forgiven. After all, we are paying HIM to sing, not the other way.

I was lucky enough to hear "Disco/Sun" at the Houston show of Elevation. Excellent version and the crowd enjoyed it. Also, "Gone" was played right before it

Staring at the Sun is a great song, I'd like them to play the full band version, and not the acoustic version. Discotheque has never done it for me, although I'm sure I'd still sing along at a gig.
