Edit: Is there a video of Edge playing that 4-track of the Streets demo he is holding up in that article? I know I've seen it once before but haven't been able to find it since.

There's a scene in "It Might Get Loud" that shows him playing the tape.

You're probably thinking of the Classic Albums: Joshua Tree documentary.

The part with the tape can be seen here starting around the 2:30 mark. The whole documentary is pretty great.
