Another thought is that they could have used stock video from several different cities, although for some reason I doubt that. I don't think stock video was as easy to access back then.

I know that this is an old comment, but the idea that stock footage was difficult to get ahold of back in the day tickles me. Any old low-budget film will likely prove that's not the case.

Yea, that was kind of a dumb comment, not sure what I was thinking.
And as long as we're mentioning the Metrodome, I'll say that was the first place I saw U2 live- during Popmart. Good times.
