I don't really have a playlist as such, but my 5 go-to rarities would be:

A Celebration (a single, yes, but quite obscure for the mainstream)

Disappearing Act

Your Blue Room

Mercy

Touch.


I feel that some of the UF/JT bsides, like Luminous and Love Comes Tumbling have since reached a wider audience courtesy of Greatest Hits and Anniversary editions, so have broken free of the obscure category.

The Salome remix. At age 12 it was the first dance/electronic/remix type song I'd ever heard. Still adore it. Bono's vocals in that are possibly the best they've ever been, save for Mysterious Ways live during Zootv.
