A whole new way to look at the world :)

Also...to work a hard, save even harder, and to twist almost any paper to fit them in somehow, thus enhancing said paper with personal flair

I think I've learned that a great song should be not be tied to a socio-political campaign and then played to death, year after year.

^ you mean you've learned that in spite of U2, nipples

True story - I passed my English Language 'O' Level exam because of U2. There were multiple choice options on subjects to write an essay on, one of which was "Describe the homecoming of a hero coming home from a great battle", or something like that? I basically fleshed out the lyrics to 'A Sort Of Homecoming' and passed:lol:

:applaud: i love this, and i can relate. in my final English exam in high school, we had to write an essay on Encountering Conflict, and i wrote about a page and a half on U2 and Sarajevo and the IRA etc.
