One Step Closer- I've developed a huge appreciation for this song. Since HTDAAB first came out, this song has slowly risen from being my least favorite on the album to being, at worst, third.

:hmm:
Promenade
Drowning Man
October
Shadows and Tall Trees
Running To Stand Still
Red Hill Mining Town (sort-of mellow/slow)
So Cruel
Stay
White As Snow
Desert of Our Love

Out of what I consider to be slow/mellow, anyway. I would have included Tomorrow, except I don't consider it to be in this category because of how it changes towards the end.

Too many of them to list. I love U2's ballad-y side. MOS, WAS, and Cedars are all excellent additions to the collection.

Yeah, there are too many to list. I shoulda thought about that. Perhaps your opinion of the Top 10 mellow U2 songs?:hmm:

If I had to list 10 in order I'd go with the following.

1. Stay
2. Your Blue Room
3. Walk to the Water
4. Running to Stand Still
5. Summer Rain
6. Red Hill Mining Town
7. Unforgettable Fire
8. Mercy
9. Winter
10. Stuck

Unknown Caller is a tie with Stuck for me.

Well, my top five U2 songs are:

1. A Sort Of Homecoming
2. One Tree Hill
3. Heartland
4. The Unforgettable Fire
5. Bad

None of them are particularly heavy or fast.

^^^^

Disappearing Ass, are you pretty pumped for the new ASOH version that's arriving next week?

In no particular order:

One Tree Hill
Stay
Heartland
Running to Stand Still
North and South of the River
All I Want is You
Stateless
Trying to Throw Your Arms Around the World
Hawkmoon 269
Window in the Skies

Does 'Wild Honey' count? If so, than 'Wild Honey'.

Looking at this, I'm noticing a lot of R&H material on my list, considering I'm not a huge fan of the album.

Moment of Surrender
The Unforgettable Fire
Stay
Running To Stand Still
Love Is Blindness

i mentally blocked it, kinda like what i did with the song itself. i actually have it on my itunes, i can't believe it. i don't think i've listened to it since i bought the igwsha single in...97? 98? whenever it came out.
