US Hot 100 Question

I have a question.

For the US hot 100 singles chart, if a song gets to number 1 on the "bubbling under hot 100" chart, does this essentially mean the song got to number 101?

I ask because I'm trying to compile the full list of U2 single positions in the US hot 100. Which is arguably the biggest measure of success?

Yes, that's what it would be. 101, 102, 103, etc. I think the Bubbling Under has 25 songs? So 125 would be max.
